Due to the nature of this business, certain treatments require a level of quietness. In order to enjoy your appointment, please arrange care for your children. We appreciate that this is not always possible and children are welcome, provided they are supervised at all times. Please respect other clients privacy during treatments by keeping mobiles on silent. No children are allowed in the treatment rooms. This is for the safety of your child.


If you're and existing client of Beauty Matters and you would like money off your treatment bill, why not introduce us to one of your friends. They get 20% off and you get 25% off. Pick up a leaflet in the salon. T's & C's apply.


All clients are advised that a sensitivity test is required 24 hours prior to all tinting treatments and 48 hours prior to HD Brows, I Lift Lashes & Lash extensions.


From Monday 2nd July 2018 Beauty Matters will be introducing a booking fee on all treatments that is NON REFUNDABLE and NON TRANSFERABLE for all customers if it falls within our 48 hours policy..



Cancellations...Please value our therapists time should you need to cancel your appointment please allow 48 hours notice so that it is enough time to inform further clients. All booking fee's are NONE refundable and NONE transferable if the appointment is cancelled with less than 48hours notice. 


Gift Vouchers... Gift vouchers are available throughout the year and are redeemable against our treatments and products and are valid for 6 months.


We no longer accept CREDIT or DEBIT cards under £10

In order to book online you will be asked to enter a few details to update onto our system and a verification code will be sent to you. Pop in the code and your all done to book online 24 hours a day.
