Due to the nature of this business, certain treatments require a level of quietness. Please respect other clients privacy during treatments by keeping mobiles on silent.
Hand sanatising or washing of the hands will be required on arrival, the use of a face mask is required unless you are exempt.
At present please come alone to your appointment, unfortunately we cannot have children or anybody else waiting.
Please arrive on time for your appointment and no earlier, if you do arrive early please wait in your car or outside the salon until you are called in as there is no waiting area at present due to social distancing.
If you arrive late for your appointment by 10 minutes you will need to rearrange your appointment as we cannot go into another clients time due to the extra turn around we need in between clients so please allow extra time for travel and parking. Please make sure that on booking your appointment that you have booked exactly what you are wanting as treatments may not be added on the day.
No walk in service is available at this time, for all appointments please call the salon or the quickest way to book is through our online service.
The purchase of gift vouchers can be be made through our online booking system to be delivered automatically to the person on the day by email, alternatively please call ahead and we can have the gift voucher ready for you should you require a hand written gift voucher.
The salon will close each working day at 2pm-2.40pm for lunch so if you have an appointment at 2.40pm please just arrive at that time and no earlier as the shutters will be down.
Sensitivity Patch Testing
Due to new guidelines that have come in from the government any client that has received a covid-19 vaccination must now be re tested again for all tinting and lash treatments even if you have had the treatment done before the vaccine, anybody that is also due a vaccine will not be allowed to receive these treatments until a fortnight after the vaccine due to an increase in sensitivity.
All new clients are advised that a sensitivity test is required 48 hours prior to all tinting treatments and HD Brows, I Lift Lashes & Lash Extensions. NO PATCH TEST NO APPOINTMENT.
Cancellations & Booking Fees
We value our therapist’s time therefore should you need to cancel or rearrange your appointment, we ask for 48 hours notice so that this appointment can be given to another client on our waiting list. Booking fees will be taken at time of appointment to secure your time with a therapist and is deducted from your final treatment bill. If cancelling within the 48 hours then the booking fee is NON REFUNDABLE AND NON TRANSFERABLE.
Gift vouchers are available throughout the year, are redeemable against our treatments and products and are valid for 6 months.
